How much do your cupcakes cost?

Prices vary depending on the detail, intricacy, and complexity of your design. I often run online specials and holiday promotions, but they generally start around $30 per dozen ($2.50 per cupcake).

Do you sell cakes?

I currently only sell cupcakes.

Do you deliver?

Yes! I deliver on Saturdays and for large events within 30 miles of my bakery in Wadsworth. I offer FREE delivery in Wadsworth and only charge .55¢ per mile outside Wadsworth or $15 whichever is greater.

Do you make gluten-free, vegan or dietary restricted cupcakes?

I am so excited to announce I now offer gluten sensitive cupcakes in limited flavors! They are made with the same equipment as my regular bakes so I cannot guarantee they are 100% gluten free.

Unfortunately, at this time I do not offer vegan or sugar-free desserts simply because I have not found recipes that I think are as amazing as my regular cupcakes. I’m sorry, but maybe sometime in the future!

How do I order?

You can place an order inquiry and we can discuss what you would like!

How early should I place my order?

I recommend placing as soon as you have finalized all the details of you event (color palettes, theme, design, amount of cupcakes, etc.). I do ask for a minimum of one weeks notice on all orders and at least two weeks notice on custom and large orders. I do encourage early ordering as I book up fast. But I try to work with your schedule, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have an event sooner than a week!

I have a last minute order, can I still place my order?

Yes, absolutely send me an order inquiry to see if I have availability! I love make my customers happy and try to accommodate your needs. There will be a rush fee of $20 applied to all orders that are finalized with less than 48 hours notice. There is a rush fee of $40 applied to all custom orders finalized with less than two weeks notice. Finalizing an order means to confirm all details of the order and the invoice has been sent. So that I am able to start working on and purchasing items for the order.

Do you offer wedding tastings?

I have indefinitely cancelled quarterly wedding tastings and large wedding orders due to chronic illness. I apologize for the inconvenience! I still offer half dozens if you are wanting to try flavors and I can still do small weddings and events.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of the items all sales are final. In the event of a cancellation all requests for cancellation must be made in writing via email. If a cancellation is received, your deposit will not be refundable or transferrable. Please understand that when you book an order, I decline other orders. If you cancel, that could result in hundreds of dollars lost.

Is a deposit required to place an order?

Yes. All orders under $200 I ask to be paid in full at the time of booking. Orders over $200 I ask for a non refundable deposit of 50% upon order placement to secure your date. I accept debit, credit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For your protection I do not process credit card transactions over the phone. However for your convenience, I can email you an invoice for you to securely pay online. Balance is due in full one day prior to delivery or pick up (one week for large orders).

Donation request policy

I am happy to be a sweet part of the community! You will catch Willow Tree Cupcakes at so many local charity events in town (and through the neighboring cities)! It’s my pleasure to help charitable organizations whenever I can!

*Due to the overwhelming amount of donation requests I receive, I ask that all requests be submitted via email. Please include a letter explaining what charity you represent, what the cupcakes will be used for, and how many you would like donated. Please understand that as much as I would love to I am unable to fulfill all requests, but I’ll do the best I can!

Do you have a retail store where I can walk in and purchase cupcakes or view your work?
